It was not my original plan to hire a buyer agent when I was
looking to buy my first apartment. I contacted Carmen initially to view a
property, which she was the seller agent for. After a brief conversation,
Carmen understood my needs and she quickly booked several viewings for me in
the following days. Like many first time home buyers, I always have too many
expectations to meet and too hard to be satisfied. Carmen always tells me the
pros and cons of the property and encourages me to find out what exactly I need
for this first home and what’s more important to me. I never expect my first
home buying experience to be this quick, precise and smooth. Carmen is always
on top of everything, which leaves me no worries about missing any details. I
will definitely come back to Carmen in the future for buying or selling my
property.
